Formed in 1983, Bon Jovi has a long and successful history as one of the world’s most popular rock bands. The group has sold more than 130 million records worldwide and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Jon Bon Jovi has also had a successful acting career as well, appearing in several films and television shows. He has also delved into political activism and founded his own foundation to aid homeless people.

He and Richie Sambora have both also found success in their solo careers as well. They both have toured extensively throughout their careers and released successful albums.

David Bryan was a member of the band before joining Bon Jovi as a full-time member in 2007. He had previously been a lead singer with another band, and while he was pursuing a degree in medicine he decided to pursue his musical career instead.

Bryan had met the other members of Bon Jovi through his former bandmates and they began working together. After playing a few shows in their hometown, the band was signed to Mercury Records by record executive Derek Shulman.

They released their first single, ‘Runaway’, in 1984 and the song went on to become an international success. The album, ‘Slippery When Wet’, went on to sell over 20 million copies and three of the songs reached number 1 on the Billboard charts.

Bon Jovi also had a significant influence on the music industry as a whole, and their music was influenced by a wide range of classic rock artists. They had a blue-collar sensibility, and they were loyal to the New Jersey area where they were formed.

Their sound evolved over time and they gradually decreased their reliance on hard rock guitars while still retaining the over-the-top performances that had made them so popular in the first place. They also incorporated more melodic elements into their music, as well as ballads, which helped them sustain a high level of popularity into the 21st century.

As of 2019, Bon Jovi are made up of the following members: Jon Bon Jovi, David Bryan, Tico Torres, Hugh McDonald and Phil X. They are all very experienced musicians and have played in numerous bands over the years.

The band has been a part of the industry for over 30 years and are currently touring with their latest studio album This House Is Not For Sale, which is expected to be released on October 2nd, 2020. During this tour, they will be performing their biggest hits as well as some brand new tracks.

While they are a very successful band, they have had their fair share of ups and downs along the way. Some of the members have had their own careers and others have left to focus on other things.

Some of the members have even had some notable solo projects, such as Richie Sambora’s 2012 album ‘Aftermath’. He has also teamed up with fellow Bon Jovi members to release the albums ‘Crush’ and ‘Bounce’.
